An application fee of $200 for sale and $200 for lease made payable to Charleston Court HOA for must be included with application.
Charleston Court is also governed by the Abacoa POA. Both the HOA and POA require capital contributions at the time of purchase along with estoppels from each.

No owner shall be permitted to maintain in his or her unit a bull terrier (pit bull or pit bull mix) or any dog or dogs of mean or of violent temperament or otherwise evidencing such temperament. Charleston Court pet policy follows the Town of Jupiter Sec. 27-1499 Regulations. No more than five (5) mature dogs or cats or any combination thereof may be kept on a lot within any residential district.
For 2023, the dues are $843.00 per quarter for each townhome. Dues are due and payable on the 1st day of January, April, July and October.
The dues include common area maintenance, landscape maintenance, basic cable, community pool, and professional property management. Painting of the Buildings exterior is Reserved for and completed by the HOA. Roofs, Property/building insurance and maintenance are the responsibility of each homeowner. Please refer to the Charleston Court Declaration of Covenants for a more detailed explanation.
